MyLongLunch harnesses the power of online community to connect the advertising industry. Conceived and founded by Jamie Leonard (Northcliffe, Monster, Fish4) the site gives time-poor sales professionals a real time at a glance view of everything happening in the industry. MLL is independent of any media group or sales house. Find out more by watching our video! |

Jamie LeonardJamie founded MyLongLunch in 2007 with a vision to change the way media and ad agencies communicated, and to offer a platform that is more in tune with modern advertising. With just under 10 years media experience across some of the largest companies in the world, Jamie decided to go it alone and make his mark in the industry. Jamie originally joined Northcliffe in 1999 and moved quickly from customer service to sales. He then joined Monster Worldwide in 2003 and set up and ran the ad agency channel, growing the team from scratch to 8 sales people in 2 years and opening a revenue stream that today is a major part of Monster's overall revenue. Moving to Fish4 in 2006, he developed the agency channel there and renewed his old working relationship with CEO and long time friend, Joe Slavin. |

Tom Jordan (Boring)Tom co-founded Boring in 2007 to create a place where fellow entrepreneurs could turn an online business vision into reality as quickly and painlessly as possible. His combines an encyclopedic knowledge of all things design and build related with an eye for opportunity and detail. This means Boring fully realises ideas and creates sustainable long term value. By being incubated, a startup company can devote its time and energies to the pursuit of its idea or product, rather than having to worry about technical development, marketing, branding, office space, recruitment accounting or legal compliance. Boring's in-house resources and network means an incubated company's growth is accelerated massively and that they are never far away from someone who can help. |

Will Smith (Boring)Will has worked in online stuff for almost a decade and in that time has built up a wealth of experience in online product management. The bulk of this time was at AOL but more recently he's spent time at American Express. Will co-founded Boring in early 2007. As Boring's Product Development Director he works with our portfolio companies to ensure their product offering is clearly defined, innovative, easy to understand and use, smoothly delivered and ever-evolving. |

Phil Murphy (Boring)Originally an intellectual property lawyer, Phil moved from private practice into the software industry in 1996. In April 1999 Phil co-founded Channelfly plc, which floated on AIM in November of that year. Over the next 8 years Phil served on the boards of Channelfly and also Campus Media plc, and from December 2005 to August 2007 was the Chief Operating Officer of MAMA Group Plc, the business which was created from the merger of Channelfly and Campus Media. During this 8 year period Phil jointly oversaw the creation, development and acquisition of a large number of music and media businesses, including live venues such as the Barfly network, the Hammersmith Apollo and Kentish Town Forum; publishing; artist and talent management (notably the management business which has signed bands like Franz Ferdinand and Kaiser Chiefs); festivals, ticketing, merchandising and recording. MAMA Group also worked extensively with brands and advertisers, both in relation to music and television activities but also through the specialist student marketing agencies of Campus Media. Phil's experience with practical, legal and regulatory matters associated with starting, growing and running companies, combined with his track record in relation to corporate transactions such as acquisitions and sales, as well as three separate flotations and numerous share placings, places him in an ideal position to help Boring's projects succeed. |
